Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and AI-savvy Video Editor & Motion Designer to create high-performing social-first content by combining strong editing skills with modern AI-powered workflows. The ideal candidate should be able to transform raw footage, creator content, product demos, and brand narratives into engaging videos optimized for social media and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-performing videos for Instagram, Meta, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create compelling hooks, transitions, captions, and pacing to maximize engagement and retention.
- Develop premium-quality content from UGC footage, testimonials, and product videos.
- Create campaign films, product storytelling videos, and brand-led visual narratives.
- Utilize AI tools such as Runway, Sora, Kling, Hailuo, Firefly, or similar platforms to generate visual assets and enhance content.
- Create motion graphics, typography, and visual effects using After Effects.
- Manage post-production workflows including editing, color correction, sound integration, and final delivery.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve content quality and performance.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or post-production.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro.
- Familiarity with Blender or Cinema 4D is an added advantage.
- Experience editing social-first and performance marketing content.
- Prior exposure to beauty, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or premium D2C brands is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, motion design, and short-form content.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
