Job Description:
Export/SEZ Documents Maintaining.
- On time and up to date document filing & if any missing documents are there – shall
follow up with respective team.
Payment Follow-Up.
- Regular contact with customer & Account managers for on-time payment getting Against
due bills.
Customer Online/ Web portal Managing for Invoice Submission & ASN Creation.
- Due to customer Different time constrain I follow and do submit invoices on customer
portals/websites to get payment on time from customer.
Amendment orders Data making & filing.
- As & when amendment takes place, I shall take initiate of it & get it closed accordingly for
documentation.
Advance Payment Details Recording
- For Quick & Non-standard orders processing of new Customers with Advance details
recording to close PO transactions as quickly as possible (PDC Cheque Data Maintaining).
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
