Job Title: Franchise Development Manager
Location: Pune / Travel Across India
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert franchise leads.
- Conduct investor meetings and business presentations.
- Manage the complete franchise onboarding process.
- Achieve monthly franchise sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns.
- Identify suitable locations and expansion opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with franchise partners.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in franchise sales or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in retail, F&B, or hospitality is preferred.
- Willingness to travel.
