Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Finance Coordinator to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime, accounting entries, and basic bookkeeping. The role requires maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting in finance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Tally Prime Operations
- Work on Tally Prime for day-to-day accounting activities.
- Create and manage:
- Company accounts
- Ledgers
- Stock items
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial data in Tally.
Accounting & Voucher Entries
- Record and manage accounting transactions, including:
- Purchase Entries
- Sales Entries
- Payment Entries
- Receipt Entries
- Journal Entries
- Verify supporting documents before posting entries.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Finance & Coordination
- Assist in account reconciliation and month-end activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain vendor and customer records.
- Support senior finance team members in daily accounting operations.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
- Good working knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Experience handling GST-related entries and invoice processing.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and financial documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
