We are seeking a Link Building & Outreach Specialist to drive SEO growth through the acquisition of high-quality, relevant backlinks to priority content. This role emphasizes quality over quantity, ethical outreach practices, and relationship-driven link building—strictly avoiding spam or manipulative tactics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute link-building campaigns aligned with overall SEO strategy
- Research, evaluate, and qualify domains based on relevance and authority
- Conduct competitor backlink analysis and identify link opportunities using Ahrefs
- Prospect and identify relevant contacts via LinkedIn
- Manage and execute cold email outreach campaigns
- Personalize outreach communications using AI-powered tools
- Collaborate with the content team to align backlink efforts with target pages
- Monitor outreach performance and track acquired links
- Maintain accurate documentation of prospects, communications, and results
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on experience in link building and off-page SEO
- Strong working knowledge of Ahrefs (backlink audits, competitor research)
- Experience with cold outreach platforms
- Ability to assess websites for relevance, authority, and content quality
- Experience leveraging AI tools to draft and optimize outreach emails
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Experience with editorial or relationship-based link acquisition strategies
- Understanding of the impact of backlinks on search engine rankings
