Lumiere-X Medicals UK Ltd. is a rapidly growing healthcare and aesthetic medical company specializing in advanced aesthetic devices, medical equipment, skincare solutions, and wellness products. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & Finance Associate to manage inventory operations while supporting day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/accounting system.
- Monitor stock movement, stock levels, and inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate inward and outward stock transactions.
- Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Conduct periodic physical stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and procurement teams for inventory planning.
- Generate inventory reports for management.
Finance & Accounts
- Record purchase, sales, and expense entries.
- Process vendor bills and customer invoices.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records.
- Prepare GST-related data and support statutory compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support the Finance Manager with reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Min 1 year of experience in inventory management, accounts, or finance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/Zoho Books/Marg/ERP).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the finance or inventory will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of GST, inventory valuation, and financial documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
