Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, EPF, ESIC, and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee records, HR reports, and HRMIS updates.
- Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and employee welfare.
- Address employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline.
- Coordinate induction, training, and performance review activities.
- Liaise with project, administration, finance, and client teams for manpower requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/MSW in HR is preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of HR experience in Shipbuilding, Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, EPC, or Construction.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
