Phonics Teacher – Job Roles & Responsibilities
Position: Phonics Teacher
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach phonics to children using structured and engaging teaching methods.
- Develop students' reading, pronunciation, spelling, and comprehension skills.
- Plan and deliver interactive lessons with games, stories, songs, and activities.
- Assess each child's learning progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and learning materials.
- Create a positive, encouraging, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Maintain attendance and student progress records.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.
- Participate in teacher training and academic meetings.
- Ensure student safety and discipline during classes.
Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication and pronunciation.
- Passion for teaching young learners.
- Creativity, patience, and classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of Jolly Phonics or other phonics programs is preferred.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
