Key Responsibilities
As a Logistics / Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing reports, invoices, and spreadsheets accurately and on time
- Managing emails, phone calls, and all office correspondence professionally
- Maintaining databases and updating logistics management software
- Checking invoices and proof-of-delivery documents for accuracy
- Processing invoices and tracking business expenses
- Maintaining accurate mileage logs and vehicle records
- Tallying daily and weekly closing balances and reconciling cash or account records
- Monitoring incoming and outgoing payments and maintaining up-to-date financial records

Essential Skills
