Role Overview
The Human Resource Executive is responsible for end-to-end human resource operations,
covering recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, training coordination,
attendance and payroll administration, expense reimbursement, policy implementation,
compliance support, performance management, and employee engagement.
This role requires a professional who understands HR as a control and enablement function,
ensuring organizational discipline, regulatory compliance, employee productivity, and a
positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage complete recruitment cycles for roles across sales, marketing, operations,
support, and corporate functions.
- Work with department heads to understand manpower planning, role requirements,
and skill expectations.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, internal databases, and consultants.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and assess cultural and role fit.
- Coordinate technical, managerial, and final interview rounds.
- Prepare and release offer letters and appointment documentation.
- Ensure smooth joining formalities and accurate hiring records.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and vacancy status reports.
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Design and execute structured onboarding programs for new employees.• Ensure completion of all joining documentation, HR forms, and policy
acknowledgements.
- Conduct or coordinate induction sessions covering:
o Company overview and culture
o HR policies and code of conduct
o Attendance, leave, and payroll processes
- Act as the first HR point of contact for new joiners during their initial period.
- Monitor onboarding completion and initial employee integration.
3. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain accurate employee master data and personnel files (physical and digital).
- Manage attendance systems, shift schedules (if applicable), and leave records.
- Process attendance regularization and leave approvals as per policy.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, incentives, deductions, and
revisions.
- Support employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, role changes, and
documentation.
- Manage employee exit processes including resignations, exit interviews, full & final
settlements, and handovers.
4. Payroll, Attendance & Expense Management
- Ensure timely monthly attendance closure and payroll data submission.
- Coordinate with finance, accounts, or payroll vendors for accurate salary processing.
- Verify payroll calculations including incentives, reimbursements, statutory deductions,
and adjustments.
- Manage employee expense reimbursement processes:
o Collection and verification of expense claims
o Policy compliance checks
o Approval coordination and reimbursement tracking
- Maintain payroll, attendance, and expense MIS records.
5. Training & Employee Development
- Coordinate training programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads and leadership.
- Prepare and maintain training calendars and schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external trainers where required.
- Ensure employees are trained on:
o Company policies and SOPso Role-specific processes and tools
o Compliance, ethics, and workplace conduct
- Track training attendance, completion status, and effectiveness.
- Maintain training documentation and reports for audits and reviews.
6. Policy Implementation & Compliance Support
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines consistently across departments.
- Ensure adherence to company code of conduct, attendance rules, and disciplinary
procedures.
- Support statutory and labor compliance documentation as applicable.
- Assist in internal and external audits, inspections, or compliance reviews.
- Educate employees on policy updates and compliance requirements.
7. Performance Management & Employee Engagement
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and documentation.
- Track review timelines, feedback collection, and confirmation outcomes.
- Support goal-setting and performance tracking processes.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and culture-
building activities.
- Handle employee queries, concerns, and grievances professionally, confidentially, and
objectively.
8. HR Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
o Hiring and recruitment metrics
o Attrition and retention trends
o Attendance, payroll, and expense data
o Training participation and completion
- Provide periodic HR and people-operations reports to management to support
decision-making.

Experience & Qualification
- 1–4 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related discipline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
