Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing and Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience to drive business growth through effective marketing strategies and sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare sales reports and update customer records.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Promote products/services through digital and offline channels.
- Handle social media promotions and customer engagement activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate promotional events and branding activities.
- Support lead generation and business development efforts.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales will be an added advantage.
