Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvements, and supporting project implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
> Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
> Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and insights.
> Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and marketing, to improve business processes.
> Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
> Help in preparing functional specifications and process flow diagrams.
> Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system changes meet business requirements.
> Assist in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
> Provide support for system enhancements and troubleshooting business-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
> Based on market need create proposals.
> Good understanding of business processes and project management concepts.
> Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
> Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
> Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

> MBA (Marketing), Btech
