AMINU is a fast-growing beauty and wellness brand focused on innovation, education, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a data-driven, highly analytical, and results-oriented Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and campaign performance across digital channels.
This role goes beyond campaign management. We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing end-to-end — from media buying and scaling campaigns to attribution, tracking infrastructure, analytics, and growth optimization.
What you will do

Own customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid digital channels.

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

Manage and scale monthly advertising budgets of ₹50 Lakhs+ while maintaining efficiency and profitability.

Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, MER, CAC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Revenue.

Build structured testing roadmaps across audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

Analyze customer journeys, conversion funnels, website performance, and attribution data to identify growth opportunities.

Creative briefing, you do not need to produce creatives, but you must know what converts and brief accordingly

Establish tracking standards, UTM taxonomy, attribution consistency between Meta, checkout tool, Google analytics, and Shopify

Build a creative testing framework with iteration cadence

Own the paid media budget — allocate across channels, justify decisions with data

Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking setups.

Identify tracking gaps, attribution issues, and reporting discrepancies and proactively resolve them.

Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Stay updated with platform updates, emerging trends, and best practices across paid media and analytics.
What We're Looking For

4–6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Media Buying, or Growth Marketing.

Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Can read a Shopify analytics report and cross-reference it with Meta and Google Ads
- Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition while maintaining profitability.

Experience managing and optimizing monthly advertising spends of ₹50 Lakhs or more.

- Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into actionable growth strategies.

Experience working with D2C, E-commerce, Beauty, Wellness, FMCG, or Consumer brands is highly preferred.

Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable collaborating with Creative, Website, and Product teams.

You build systems, not spreadsheets. Reporting should be automated or templated within the first 30 days.
The hiring process will include 1–2 assignments (all copyrights remain with the candidate unless otherwise agreed) and 3 interview rounds to ensure a strong mutual fit.
