Required Technical Skills
Technical Support: Assist clients with troubleshooting embedded system hardware and software issues.
Testing & Debugging: Help test microcontrollers, circuits, printers, weighing scale and prototype boards.
Documentation: Create clear user manuals, FAQs, and technical support guides.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D team to report bugs and suggest improvements.
Soldering (Mandatory): Hands-on skill with soldering irons and electronic component assembly.
Hardware Knowledge: Basic understanding of microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry, 8051, AVR, ARM, or PIC).
Programming: Foundations in Embedded C or C++ programming.
Protocols: Basic familiarity with communication protocols like I2C, SPI, and UART.
Tools: Basic skill in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and debugging tools.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving and excellent verbal/written communication.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in ECE, EEE, EIE, or Mechatronics.
Experience: Fresher (2025 / 2026 pass outs preferred). Experienced candidates added advantage.
