Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage mechanical EPC projects from project kickoff to final commissioning and handover.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings, client meetings, and daily coordination meetings with internal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Plan, monitor, and track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and site execution teams to ensure smooth project progress.
- Lead project execution activities while ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Supervise and guide site engineers during installation, testing, commissioning, and project completion.
- Monitor installation activities and ensure compliance with customer specifications and engineering standards.
- Coordinate commissioning activities and ensure successful system performance before project handover.
- Identify project risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and project documentation.
- Ensure effective communication between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support resource planning and project scheduling to achieve on-time project delivery.
- Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Mechanical EPC project execution.
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience in project planning, coordination, installation, and commissioning.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
