We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Banquet Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling banquet bookings, client coordination, and event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle banquet and event inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Coordinate with clients regarding requirements, packages, and event details.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for banquet events.
Follow up with prospective clients to generate sales.
Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and other departments to ensure smooth event execution.
Maintain banquet booking records and client databases.
Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,932.22 - ₹16,000.00 per month
