About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive admissions, and improve overall online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Drive lead generation campaigns and improve conversion rates through performance marketing.
- Manage SEO and SEM activities to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Oversee social media marketing strategies, content planning, and audience engagement.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytical tools.
- Create and manage email marketing and automation campaigns.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI on digital campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.

- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Coaching, or Training Industry.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in admission lead generation and student acquisition campaigns.
