Job Description
Amicam Recruitment is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or students looking to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist in onboarding activities and other HR-related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
