Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and online platforms
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Understand customer requirements and share information about company services
- Schedule meetings or follow-ups for the sales team
- Build and maintain good relationships with potential clients
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
- Maintain proper records of conversations and leads
