About the Role
Orthosquare Multispeciality Dental Clinic Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, branding, and paid social campaigns, with a proven track record of managing business accounts and driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and content writers to create high-quality content.
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative campaign ideas.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, social media scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Understanding of content marketing, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the healthcare, dental, or wellness industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of video content planning and influencer collaborations.
- Familiarity with SEO and social media advertising best practices.
