Intalk.io is one of India’s fastest-growing AI-powered contact center and CPaaS platforms, helping enterprises deliver smarter and more personalized customer experiences across voice, chat, and digital channels.
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Associate Sales Director to drive business growth and manage enterprise relationships across key industries.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop strong relationships with enterprise customers and key stakeholders.
- Lead consultative and solution-based sales engagements.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Solution Engineering teams for proposals and POCs.
- Build and mentor a regional sales team.
- Establish strategic partnerships with telecom partners, system integrators, and OEMs.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in Enterprise Sales or SaaS Sales.
- Experience in Contact Center, CPaaS, UCaaS, Cloud Telephony, or related technology domains preferred.
- Strong enterprise sales network and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and enterprise solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Leadership and team management experience preferred.
