We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Holiday Sales Manager to lead holiday package sales and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, sales, and customer relationship management skills with a thorough understanding of domestic and international travel products. The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, achieving business targets, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the holiday sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages.
- Develop sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue generation.
- Handle high-value customer inquiries and provide customized travel solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with operations, ticketing, and visa teams for seamless service delivery.
Profile Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Travel Sales, Holiday Sales, or Tourism Business Development.
- At least 2 years of team handling experience.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international holiday destinations.
- Experience in FIT, Group Tours, Honeymoon Packages, Corporate Travel, and Customized Holidays.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
