We are looking for a detail-oriented GEM Tender Executive to manage tender-related activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing documentation, submitting bids, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant tenders on the GeM portal.
- Prepare and submit bids within specified deadlines.
- Upload required documents and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
- Maintain and update product catalogs on the GeM portal.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams for bid preparation.
- Track tender status, bid results, and order processing.
- Handle GeM portal registrations, updates, and account management.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Stay updated with GeM policies, guidelines, and government procurement procedures.
- Communicate with clients and government departments regarding tender-related queries.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of the GeM portal and government tendering process.
- Good documentation and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in GeM tender management or government procurement (freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply).
- Experience with e-tendering portals is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
