Fist Innovations Private Limited is hiring a Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to build and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using Java Spring Boot, React JS, PostgreSQL, Flutter, and AI-integrated solutions.
You will work across the full development lifecycle—designing backend services, building responsive frontends, contributing to mobile apps, and deploying applications in Linux environments. The role offers direct exposure to client projects, AI-based automation, and opportunities to grow into senior developer or tech lead positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web and mobile applications end-to-end.
- Build robust backend services using Java Spring Boot (mandatory expertise).
- Design, query, and manage relational databases using PostgreSQL.
- Develop responsive, interactive frontends using React JS.
- Contribute to cross-platform mobile app development using Flutter.
- Handle deployment, server configuration, and maintenance in Linux environments.
- Integrate AI tools, APIs, and automation solutions to enhance product capabilities.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to define and deliver new features.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability through testing and monitoring.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
- Practical experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Good understanding of Linux systems and server environments.
- Proficiency in React JS for building modern, responsive Uis.
- Basic to intermediate experience in Flutter for mobile development.
- Exposure to AI tools, REST APIs, or automation systems.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in REST API design and development.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean.
- Understanding of system architecture, microservices, and scalability patterns.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
