Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Engineer to deliver post-sales support, solution implementation, and ongoing technical guidance to enterprise clients. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on deployment capabilities, and a commitment to ensuring customer success throughout the solution lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted technical advisor, managing implementations, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless solution adoption and long-term value realization.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Deployment
- Install, configure, and integrate cybersecurity solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Execute solution rollouts, migrations, and upgrades with minimal business disruption.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and runbooks.
Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide timely resolution of customer issues, incidents, and escalations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- Manage support tickets, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Customer Engagement
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts.
- Deliver technical training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer to customer teams.
- Advise customers on best practices and optimize solution performance and usage.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with pre-sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from solution design to implementation.
- Provide product feedback and recommend enhancements based on customer interactions.
- Stay updated with evolving technologies, integrations, and cybersecurity best practices.

Domain Expertise:
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) & Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Cryptography & Encryption Technologies (data-in-transit, data-at-rest, key management, digital signatures)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM) authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, privileged access
- Application & Software Security: secure code signing, Descopes, API security, runtime protection
- Data Protection & Secure File Transfer data classification, compliance-driven security solutions
- Cloud & Hybrid Security multi-cloud deployments and integrations
- Automation & Orchestration lifecycle automation and security workflows
- Threat Mitigation & Resilience defense-in-depth, SSL/TLS, runtime protection

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
