1.Operate camera across brand shoots, reels, testimonials, face-to-camera content,. Fluent across Sony, Canon, and other mirrorless/DSLR systems.
2.Edit and deliver client-ready cuts independently, on tight turnarounds without compromising quality.
3.Colour grade your own work to a professional standard in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro, match references, build LUTs, and maintain consistent looks across multi-video projects.
4.Set up and operate lighting independently across single and double-camera shoots: three-point, softbox, natural light augmentation.
5. Capture BTS footage, stay current on reel trends, platform formats, and visual aesthetics,bring references proactively.
6. Manage time on set efficiently. Tight schedules are the norm, you anticipate the next setup and keep things moving.
7.Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and brand social content, understanding hooks, pacing, and platform-specific framing.
8.Maintain clean, organised project files and footage backups across all projects.
Requirement:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in video production (agency, studio, or freelance across commercial or brand work)
- Own camera (mirrorless or DSLR) shoots start immediately
- Proficient with multiple camera systems and log formats (S-Log, C-Log, etc.)
- Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
5. Professional colour grading ability: LUTs, node-based grading, Lumetri workflows
6. Solid lighting knowledge across varied locations and setups
7. Own laptop capable of handling editing workload is preferred
8. A portfolio demonstrating range: brand content, reels, testimonials, ad films
9. Gimbal operation (Ronin, Weebill, etc.) is a strong advantage
10. Basic After Effects for motion graphics is a plus
