We're Hiring: Field IT Support Engineer

Are you passionate about troubleshooting, networking, and helping users stay connected? We’re looking for a Field IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team and provide on-site technical support for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support for hardware (desktops, laptops, printers ,firewall, peripherals) and software issues of banks and societies.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Respond to service requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with remote teams for escalation and issue tracking.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
- Maintain documentation for technical issues and solutions.
- Travel to client sites (local/regional).
Skills & Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking (LAN, WAN, IP), and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with antivirus, MS Office, email configuration, and ticketing systems.
- Good communication skills and customer handling abilities.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred for field visits).
