Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations with payroll handling.
- Knowledge of HR software / MS Excel / payroll systems.
- Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and update HRMS systems.
- Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, and Professional Tax.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Prepare HR-related reports (attendance, salary, headcount, etc.).
- Address employee queries related to payroll, salary slips, and deductions.
Preferred:
- Experience in payroll software such as Tally, Greyt HR, or similar.
- Exposure to end-to-end HR functions in a corporate or MSME setup.
