- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to maintain system reliability.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
