Acquire new customers and promote chit fund products. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Generate business through customer referrals and field marketing activities. Handle customer onboarding, KYC verification, and documentation. Ensure timely collection of instalments and follow up on overdue accounts. Resolve customer queries and provide prompt service. Coordinate with branch operations for smooth processing of customer requests. Achieve monthly business, collection, and customer retention targets. Cross-sell company products and services to existing customers. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with company policies.
