- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, references, and consultants.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
- Maintain employee records using Zoho People or similar Zoho Payroll.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and external agencies for hiring requirements.
- Support HR operations, employee communication, and compliance activities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
