Position Overview:
Doctor Rekha Ayurveda is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting our Ayurvedic products and services, increasing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Applicants with a strong interest in wellness, good communication skills, and experience in field sales will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Ownership (Core)
Take end-to-end ownership of the sales process from lead generation to closure
Identify potential customers through calls, networking, referrals, and market research
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
Conduct product/service presentations and explain value propositions effectively
Ensure consistent follow-ups and relationship management with prospects and clients

2. Revenue Generation & Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients
Track conversions, sales performance, and customer acquisition metrics
Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM systems regularly
Provide market insights and customer feedback to management

Address customer concerns and coordinate solutions promptly

Qualifications:
* MBA Marketing (preferred)
