We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound pipeline generation for our fast-growing US Mortgage & Title industry BPO business. We partner with lenders, mortgage servicers, title agencies, and real estate service providers across the United States, helping them streamline operations through high-quality outsourcing solutions.
This is a high-impact role where you will own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for enterprise B2B opportunities ranging from USD 500K to USD 5M.

Key Responsibilities
· Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified opportunities.
· Identify and engage decision-makers across US mortgage lenders, servicers, title agencies, and related organizations.
· Build and manage targeted prospect lists using tools such as Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
· Consistently schedule 8–15 qualified meetings per week with senior stakeholders, including COOs, VPs of Operations, Heads of Underwriting, and Title Operations leaders.
· Respond to inbound inquiries with a less than 5-minute Speed-to-Lead SLA.
· Research target accounts and personalize outreach using AI-enabled sales tools.
· Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and activity tracking in HubSpot.
· Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize outreach campaigns and improve conversion rates.
· Meet and exceed outbound activity, pipeline generation, and meeting booking targets.

Required Qualifications
· 1–4 years of experience in SDR, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound B2B Sales.
· Proven experience in cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, and outbound calling.
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills suitable for US enterprise clients.
· Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
· Comfortable working with structured sales processes, KPIs, and outbound targets.
· Strong research, organizational, and time-management skills.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
