Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations for our e-commerce business. The role involves managing inventory, order fulfillment, dispatch operations, warehouse staff, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders while maintaining operational efficiency and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
* Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
* Ensure timely processing of e-commerce orders as per SLA.
* Monitor order fulfillment accuracy and reduce processing errors.
* Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth shipment dispatches.
Inventory Management
* Maintain accurate inventory records across WMS/ERP systems.
* Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
* Monitor damaged, returned, and non-moving inventory.
Team Management
* Lead and supervise warehouse associates, pickers, packers, and loaders.
* Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity.
* Train new employees on warehouse processes and SOPs.
* Maintain discipline and adherence to company policies.
Return & RTO Management
* Manage customer returns and RTO (Return-to-Origin) inventory.
* Ensure timely quality checks and inventory reconciliation.
* Coordinate with customer service and operations teams regarding returns.
Process Improvement
* Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
* Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch TAT, inventory accuracy, and productivity.
* Implement SOPs and best practices for warehouse operations.
Compliance & Safety
* Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse premises.
* Ensure proper handling and storage of products.
Required Qualifications
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 3–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or 3PL.
* Experience with WMS, ERP, Uniware, Shipway, Shopify, or similar platforms preferred.
* Good knowledge of inventory control and order fulfillment processes.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.

Preferred for E-commerce Companies: Experience handling marketplace and D2C orders (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Shopify, etc.), managing high SKU counts, and coordinating with courier aggregators and 3PL partners.
Pay: ₹9,272.00 - ₹45,763.37 per month
