The GSA – Housekeeping is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel premises to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.
Room Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean and prepare guest rooms as per hotel standards
- Change bed linen, towels, and room amenities
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize rooms and bathrooms
- Ensure rooms are properly arranged before guest check-in
Public Area Cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby, corridors, banquet areas, washrooms, and common areas
- Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas remain organized
Linen & Laundry Coordination
- Collect used linen and coordinate with laundry department
- Maintain proper stock of linen, toiletries, and guest supplies
Guest Assistance
- Attend guest housekeeping requests promptly
- Provide extra amenities such as towels, pillows, or toiletries
- Report guest complaints or maintenance issues to supervisors
Hygiene & Safety Standards
- Follow hotel hygiene and sanitation procedures
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly
- Report any damages, lost & found items, or safety hazards immediately
Reporting & Coordination
- Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status updates
- Inform maintenance team about repair requirements
- Complete daily cleaning checklists and duty reports
Minimum:
- 12th pass / Hotel Management diploma (preferred)
- Fresher or 0–1 year experience
Skills:
- Basic communication skills
- Attention to cleanliness and detail
- Time management and teamwork
- Physically fit for operational duties
Work Conditions:
- Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
