Spoory is looking for passionate and creative individuals to join our confectionery and chocolate production team. If you enjoy working with chocolates, desserts, bakery products, or confectionery items, this is an excellent opportunity to learn and build a career in premium chocolate manufacturing.
Freshers, Hotel Management students, Bakery & Confectionery graduates, and candidates with hands-on kitchen experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare premium chocolates, truffles, bars, pralines, and assorted chocolate gift boxes.
- Melt, temper, mould, demould, and decorate chocolates with precision.
- Prepare fillings, ganache, caramel, nut-based centers, and flavored chocolates.
- Assist in developing new chocolate products, festive collections, and premium gift hampers.
- Follow recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
- Ensure consistent product quality, taste, and presentation.
- Pack finished products according to quality and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the production area, equipment, and utensils.
- Follow Food Safety and FSSAI hygiene practices at all times.
- Monitor raw material inventory and report stock requirements.
- Support daily production planning and timely order fulfillment.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
Requirements
- Passion for chocolate, bakery, pastry, or confectionery production.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
- Willingness to learn professional chocolate-making techniques.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods during production.
