About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, a data-driven approach, and a proven track record of driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
- Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve campaign performance.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media management.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Conversion Tracking & Pixel Implementation
- Solid understanding of campaign optimization, attribution models, and funnel analysis.
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
