- Production Tracking: Log daily manufacturing outputs, shift-wise production numbers, and machine operation hours into ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems or Excel sheets.
- Inventory Logging: Record raw material usage, work-in-progress (WIP) batches, and finished goods entering the warehouse.
- Stock Updates: Track stock levels and generate alerts for low inventory to assist procurement teams.
- Report Generation: Create daily, weekly, and monthly summaries for plant managers regarding production yields, downtime, and material consumption.
- Filing & Archiving: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all shipping documents, bills of materials (BOM), and compliance records.
- Data Security: Ensure sensitive corporate and financial data remains secure and perform regular database backups to prevent information loss.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
