Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns.
- Organize promotional activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, trade fairs, and events.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, advertising agencies, and event organizers.
- Manage outdoor advertising campaigns (billboards, banners, posters, transit ads, etc.).
- Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and catalogs.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Build relationships with local businesses, partners, and community organizations.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing effectiveness.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Support sales teams with offline promotional initiatives and lead-generation activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in marketing, event management, branding, or promotions (depending on role level).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with ATL (Above The Line), BTL (Below The Line), and field marketing activities is often preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
