Job Description:
Position Summary:
The Advocate will be responsible for managing all legal matters relating to land acquisition, real estate projects, documentation, litigation, regulatory compliance, contracts, registrations, and legal risk management across all business verticals of Premier Group.
The role requires close coordination with management, sales, engineering, finance, CRM, government authorities, and external advocates to ensure legally compliant business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal due diligence and title verification of land and properties.
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, deeds, MoUs, contracts, notices, and legal opinions.
- Handle land acquisition documentation, registrations, and coordination with government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including property, land, registration, stamp duty, municipal, and RERA regulations.
- Manage civil, property, and contractual litigation by coordinating with external advocates and attending legal proceedings when required.
- Provide legal support to the Sales, HR, Finance, Engineering, and Management teams.
- Liaise with government departments, regulatory authorities, and legal consultants.
- Maintain legal records, compliance documentation, and case files.
- Identify legal risks and recommend preventive legal measures.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Property Law, Contract Law, Registration Act, Stamp Act, and Maharashtra Land Revenue Laws.
- Legal drafting, documentation, title verification, and due diligence.
- Litigation management and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Qualification & Experience
- LL.B. (Mandatory); LL.M. preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in Real Estate, Land Development, or Property Law.
- Experience in land acquisition, title verification, registrations, litigation, and legal compliance is preferred.

Salary:
Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
