You will blend data-driven strategy with high-impact storytelling to ensure our brand remains distinct, consistent and resonant in a rapidly evolving AI-first landscape.You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to bring our ‘Supercharging Progress’ narrative to life across all touchpoints.

Role Summary: We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our Global Marketing team . In this role, you will be a primary guardian of the HCLTech brand, responsible for strengthening our global positioning across B2B technology markets. You will blend data-driven strategy with high-impact storytelling to ensure our brand remains distinct, consistent and resonant in a rapidly evolving AI-first landscape.You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to bring our ‘ Supercharging Progress ’ narrative to life across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy and Positioning: Focus on long-term global brand strategy, ensuring HCLTech is positioned as a leader in digital transformation and enterprise AI. Campaign Planning: Architect and execute global brand campaigns that increase awareness and drive preference in key markets, including North America, Europe and APAC. Brand Governance: Help share guidance towards maintaining messaging consistency and visual identity across all business units and geographies. Digital and Social Branding: Collaborate with digital teams to optimize our brand presence across social platforms and web properties, ensuring a ‘Digital First’ brand experience. Agency Collaboration: Manage relationships with top-tier creative and media agencies to deliver world-class assets and campaigns. Market Research and Insights: Conduct regular brand health studies and competitor benchmarking studies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with global teams to ensure the brand is reflected internally in our culture and externally in our market offerings. Experience/preferences: 8–12 years of experience in brand management or corporate marketing, preferably within the B2B technology or professional services sectorProven track record of managing global marketing campaigns from ideation through execution and measurementExperience working in a matrixed, global organization with the ability to influence stakeholders across different time zones and culturesFamiliarity with AI-powered marketing tools and platformsPrior brand management/strategy experience Skills and Competencies: Strategic Storyteller: Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling human-centric narratives Creative Visionary: A keen eye for design and aesthetics, with an interest in exploring non-traditional storytelling formats Agile Project Manager: Proficient in managing complex projects with multiple moving parts, ideally familiar with tools like JIRA Inclusive Mindset: Committed to fostering an inclusive brand voice that reflects HCLTech’s diverse global workforce Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
