Salary
- Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
- 2–4 years of experience: ₹22,000 – ₹24,000 per month
- Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting fundamentals and be comfortable handling routine accounting operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain and update accounting records accurately.
- Prepare and process receipts, payment vouchers, and cheque entries.
- Calculate and process TDS deductions.
- Handle GST-related accounting entries and maintain relevant records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly expense reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and assist with NOC preparation.
- Handle accounts-related email communication.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve accounting-related queries.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
- Manage multiple accounting tasks while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts.
- Hands-on experience in accounting and bookkeeping will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of TDS, GST, bank reconciliation, and accounting entries.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Freshers with strong accounting concepts are welcome to apply.
- Experience in society accounting or a CA firm will be an added advantage.
Location Preference
ONLY candidates residing on or near the Mumbai Western Line are preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
