Finance Transformation
Join our Finance Transformation practice to help Deloitte client service teams define and execute Finance and Global Business Services agendas and strategies. You will work with world-class teams and insights, helping support delivery in challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to help unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we collaborate with teams to enable transforming finance.
Position Summary
Level: Senior Manager or equivalent
As an experienced Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
- Collaborate with clients and teams to implement/support SAP Treasury & Risk Management solutions.
- Customize, test, and enhance SAP applications to meet client business needs.
- Focus on SAP design, development, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Provide expert analysis, design, and build consultation for Treasury implementations.
- Recommend and adapt methods for alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
- Conduct feasibility studies, process reviews, and blueprint development.
- Develop SAP technical architecture and detailed process plans.
- Support project planning, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement for Treasury transformation.
- Contribute to business growth through sales, proposals, and coordination.
- Build a culture of continuous learning by providing regular team coaching, structured feedback, and individualized development plans for professionals at all levels
- Mentor Managers on their path to leadership roles, identifying growth opportunities and advocating for their visibility across the firm.

Controllership & Treasury Transformation (C&TT) is one of the offerings within the Finance Transformation portfolio of Deloitte US India Consulting. This Offering advises, implements, and delivers solution as-a-service relating to digital finance strategies, financial planning and analysis, enterprise performance strategies and technologies solutions. By taking a holistic view of these key business areas from strategy development through process design and technology enablement, we help our clients navigate their challenges while continuing to succeed in their business.
Qualifications:
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 12+ years of consulting or major corporation treasury or bank treasury experience with focus on technology including treasury management system – SAP TRM
- Minimum of 5 end-to-end SAP TRM implementations, including hands-on design and configuration
- SAP Treasury Module Experience (SAP Transaction Manager, Cash Management, Credit Risk Analyzer, Market Analyzer, Payment Medium Workbench etc.)
- Corporate treasury domain knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in treasury transformations, vendor selections and system implementation lifecycle.

Extensive project management skills managing large and complex projects with in-depth knowledge of Treasury processes and Finance functions

Strong executive presence and good communications and interpersonal skills

Clear understanding of principles, procedures and governance of treasury activities

Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

Demonstrated ability to plan marketing programs, create and direct proposal, and presentation effort

- B.Tech/CA/MBA/PMP, CPA, CTP, FRM or CFA
