About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions and guide students in preparing for ACCA examinations. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, teaching ability, and experience mentoring finance/accounting students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and/or online training sessions for Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) subjects
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and mock tests
- Guide students for exam preparation strategies and concept clarity
- Track student progress and provide academic support
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring
- Stay updated with latest ACCA syllabus changes and examination patterns
- Support curriculum development and improve training methodologies
- Evaluate student performance through assessments and feedback
Requirements
- ACCA Qualified / ACCA Affiliate (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management, and business law
- Prior teaching/training experience in ACCA or finance-related courses
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle both offline and online teaching platforms
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EdTech / Training Institutes
- Knowledge of IFRS and international accounting standards
- Student engagement and classroom management skills
Pay: ₹9,435.84 - ₹25,000.00 per month
