Job Summary:
The Process Controller is responsible for ensuring the financial and procedural integrity of business transactions across all projects. This role plays a key part in the pre-execution and execution phases by reviewing contract terms, monitoring project performance, controlling deviations, and ensuring timely billing and collections. The Process Controller works cross-functionally with Project, Finance, and Legal teams to maintain compliance with company norms and safeguard project profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Review & Validation: Review and vet proposed contract terms to ensure alignment with internal guidelines on costs, pricing, and margins.
- Project Budget: Prepare and maintain a detailed project budget, ensuring accuracy and alignment with budgeted figures.
- Project Monitoring: Continuously monitor project execution against approved cost and timeline baselines. Identify and report any variances.
- Deviation Management: Evaluate proposals for deviations from original contract terms or execution schedules and provide timely recommendations.
- Billing Accuracy: Examine the accuracy and completeness of bills raised, ensuring they reflect actual project progress and contractual terms.
- Dispute Management: Monitor and document project-related disputes, following up to ensure they are resolved efficiently.
- Project Rating: Assess projects periodically to provide performance ratings based on financial, operational, and contractual compliance.

- Timely completion of proposal verification and contract reviews
- Alignment with budgeted cost parameters
- Speed and effectiveness in processing deviation requests
- Reduction in uncertified deviations
- Accuracy and timeliness of billing
- Conformance to approved profit margins
Qualifications & Experience:
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in project finance, cost control, or contract management (Freshers are welcome)
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience with ERP systems and project management tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
