Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced School Principal to lead our institution with vision, dedication, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate should be an educational leader with excellent managerial skills and a passion for academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership in managing the school’s academic and administrative operations.
- Develop and implement educational programs to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor teachers to ensure high-quality instruction.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive school environment for students, teachers, and parents.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and school policies.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, the community, and stakeholders.
- Oversee student discipline and create a culture of respect and responsibility.
- Manage school finances, budgeting, and resource allocation effectively.
- Drive innovation and digital transformation in teaching methodologies.
- Organize and oversee school events, extracurricular activities, and parent engagement programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in educational leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of modern pedagogical approaches and school management practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to foster a culture of teamwork, motivation, and discipline.
- Knowledge of State/ curriculum and regulatory frameworks is preferred.
