Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct property site visits and presentations
- Follow up with prospective buyers and investors
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline
- Age: 25 Years and Above
- 1–3 Years of Sales Experience Preferred
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Self-Motivated and Target-Oriented
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage
