We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Analyst & Client Support Specialist to join our team at Humworld Services Private Limited in Chennai. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers looking to build a career in digital marketing and client support. We provide comprehensive training to help you develop expertise in SEO strategies and customer service. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving our SEO efforts while ensuring high-quality client support for our software product.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and on-page SEO optimizations to improve organic search performance.
- Build high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.
- Analyze web traffic and provide insights to enhance content and site performance.
- Plan, create, and manage social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and communicate product updates.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Develop and manage WordPress websites, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and regular updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our software product.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide timely assistance and information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
- Conduct training sessions and demonstrations to help clients maximize the benefits of our software features.
- Document client interactions, support tickets, and resolutions in the support system, and gather feedback to drive service and product improvements.
- Assist in the creation of user guides, FAQs, and training materials to enhance client self-service capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent English Communication to handle US Clients.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Strong skills in keyword research, SEO audits, on-page SEO, and link building.
- Proficient in web analytics tools and SEO platforms.
- Proven experience in client support, preferably in a software or technology environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
