### Technical Discovery & Solution Design
- Needs Analysis: Meeting with clients to understand their technical requirements, operational constraints, and pain points.
- System Configuration: Designing custom solutions or system layouts (e.g., mapping out how an inverter, battery storage, and solar array will integrate).
- Site Surveys: Evaluating physical locations to determine installation feasibility and equipment sizing.
### Product Demonstration & "The Technical Win"
- Technical Presentations: Explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proof of Concept (PoC): Setting up trials or simulations to prove the equipment performs as promised under real-world conditions.
- RFP/RFI Support: Taking the lead on the technical portions of "Request for Proposal" documents.
### Collaboration & Support
- Internal Liaison: Acting as a bridge between the customer and the internal Product or Engineering teams to report bugs or suggest new features based on market feedback.
- After-Sales Handover: Ensuring the implementation team has all the technical documentation needed to install the system correctly.
- Sales Strategy: Partnering with Sales Executives to identify high-value opportunities where technical expertise is the deciding factor.
## Required Skills & Qualifications### Technical Expertise
- A degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Software) or equivalent deep-level field experience.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, circuit diagrams, or system architectures.
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and compliance (e.g., grid-tie regulations or safety certifications).
### Soft Skills
- Translation: The ability to explain "high-tech" features in terms of "business benefits."
- Problem-Solving: Thinking on your feet when a customer presents a unique technical hurdle during a meeting.
- Public Speaking: Confidence in presenting to rooms full of engineers or executives.
Pay: ₹12,526.34 - ₹42,463.58 per month
