- JavaScript at a deep, professional level. Non-negotiable.
- TypeScript on top of that — confident with everyday usage and a strict tsconfig.
- React — hooks, components, comfortable with the modern rendering model.
- Next.js (App Router) — routes, Server / Client Components, Server Actions, caching. Database management systems — strong relational fundamentals (normalisation, transactions,indexing). Hands-on with PostgreSQL preferred.
- SQL — joins, aggregates, simple migrations, ability to read a query plan.
- Utility-first CSS (Tailwind or equivalent) with design tokens; accessibility and dark modehandled cleanly.
- Git — branching, rebases, careful migrations and rollbacks.
- Modern AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor or similar) — comfortable using them as everydaycollaborators.
- Our stack — TypeScript, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Tailwind, Vercel.
- Google Apps Script.
- ERP / manufacturing domain (BOM, production orders, GRN/QC, dispatch).
- Indian accounting (GST, TDS/TCS, e-invoice, Tally data shapes).
- Workflow / BPM engine design. Real-time data; Slack / Teams / WhatsApp Business integration; Deno; payment-gateway work;open-source contributions.
